Fair play, by design
More than a calendar — a fairness engine. Every rule below is configurable per club, so courts stay open to everyone.
How far ahead you can reserve — often up to a week, with a separate, usually shorter window for prime-time slots.
A short buffer before a slot starts (e.g. 15 minutes) — so a last-second grab can’t bump someone who planned ahead.
The longest a single reservation can run, set per club (commonly up to two hours).
Caps on bookings per day and per week, plus a total court-hours-per-week ceiling, so courts stay fairly shared.
A separate limit on how many peak-hour slots you can hold in a week, keeping the busiest times open to everyone.
Cancel free up until a set time before start (e.g. two hours out); after that the slot counts against you.
A monthly allowance for bringing a guest onto your booking.
Missed or late-cancelled bookings earn a strike; a few strikes inside a rolling window trigger a short, automatic pause on booking.
Coaches can be granted their own limits for lessons and clinics, separate from member rules.
Soon your CourtTime login will tie directly to your gate access code through a smarter access system — and it’ll check you in to your booking automatically the moment you arrive.
No apps to learn, no calls to make. Three taps and you’re on the court.
Browse live availability across every court and surface at your club.
Tap an open slot, add a partner or guest, and you’re set.
Check in on arrival. We handle the rest — reminders, access, the works.
Built for the way clubs play
Questions, answered
Yes — court booking works the way you’re used to: see live availability, tap an open slot, done. If you can book on Skedda, you’ll feel right at home — there’s just more built in around it.
It depends on your club’s policy — typically up to a week, with a shorter window for prime-time slots. Your club sets the exact numbers.
Join the waitlist for that slot. If the person ahead of you cancels, you’ll get a notification so you can claim the opening.
Yes, up to your club’s cancellation deadline (often a couple of hours before start). Cancel after that — or don’t show — and it can count as a strike under the no-show rules.
An hour-by-hour local forecast aligned to the booking slots, so you can see conditions for the exact time you’re reserving.
Yes. Member chat lets you message other members directly and receive club announcements, right inside the app.
Members can offer services to one another — racquet stringing is a common one — and you can find and connect with them in the app.
The AI assistant can book a court for you, walk you through a policy, or answer questions in plain language. You’ll also get in-app notifications for the things that matter.
Your CourtTime login will soon unlock the gate directly — tying access codes to your account — through a smarter gate-access system that also checks you in to your booking automatically.
Set up in an afternoon. Your members will wonder how they ever booked without it.
