Common questions

• Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the same email or Google/Apple account your club has on file. Contact your club administrator if you think your membership isn't active.
• Booking didn't go through? Check your reservations under “My Bookings.” If a court shows as unavailable, it may already be reserved or outside your club's booking window.
• Not getting notifications? Allow notifications for CourtTime in your phone's Settings, and confirm your notification preferences in the app.
