CourtTime is a court booking platform operated by Daeda Group, LLC (“CourtTime,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using CourtTime, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using CourtTime

CourtTime lets members of participating tennis and pickleball clubs reserve courts, join waitlists, check in, and receive related notifications. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Your club may set its own booking, cancellation, and conduct rules, which apply alongside these Terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the system, no using it to harass other members, and no booking or check-in activity that violates your club's rules. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

SMS / text message program

If you opt in, CourtTime sends transactional SMS notifications about your own activity — waitlist availability alerts, booking confirmations, and reservation changes or cancellations. This is a transactional program, not a marketing program.

• Opt in: SMS is off by default. You enable it and provide your mobile number in your in-app notification settings.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or turn SMS off in your settings. Reply HELP for help.
• Frequency: varies with your booking activity (typically 0–5 messages per week).
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Payments

If your club uses CourtTime for billing, payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Court bookings are a service provided by your club; any fees, refunds, and cancellation policies are set by your club.

Disclaimer & liability

CourtTime is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Daeda Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed reservations or notification delivery issues outside our control.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify active users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
